10 Sneaker Releases You Shouldn’t Miss in August

With dozens of sneaker collabs and hundreds of sneakers releasing every month, it’s not easy to keep track on all of them. Sometimes, you just miss them. For today’s feature, we wanted to select 10 sneakers and packs that will be released in August and shouldn’t be missed. It’s a mix of collaborations, general releases and retros so that everybody can find their own “must have” pair of shoes to buy this month.

10 Sneaker Releases you shouldn’t miss in August:

NikeAir Max 97 Ultra ’17 (918356-001): the updated version of the iconic Air Max 97 has a lightweight construction featuring soft textile and a welded upper. It’s arriving on August 26 at TGWO and other stores! 7 colorways of the AM 97 Ultra are part of the drop!

adidas Equipment Racing ADV W (BY9795): the modern look of the EQT ADV gets updated with a touch of the classic EQT Racing silhouettes. It’s ladies only and will available soon at stores such as Asphaltgold! Interested in EQT? Here’s what you need to know about adidas Equipment 2017! 

Nike Classic Cortez KM QS “Kenny Moore Collection” (943088 100): Nike celebrates the birth of the Cortez silhouette with a special pack. It honors Kenny Moore, the first “wear-tester” of Bill Bowerman and Nike back in the ’60s. Several stores including Overkillshop will release them on August 25. They’ll also drop via Nike’s brand-new SNEAKRS app! Find out more about the history of the Nike Cortez in our History-Check!

adidas EQT Cushion ADVAdidas Equipment Cushion ADV (CP9459): three variations of the brand-new EQT silhouette will be available, but only the blue colorway comes to Europe. You can find out more about the Cushion ADV in our feature and buy them at Solebox, Afewstore and other selected retailers starting August 12!

New Balance M1500PSK – Made in UK (580121-60-8): New Balance is putting so many clean colorways of their classics on the field in 2017 that it’s sometimes hard to keep track. This M991 is Made in UK and finds its way onto the streets soon. You can buy them at 43einhalb when they arrive! (pic by Hanon Shop)

Nike Air Max 1 Premium (875844-201): 30 years of Air Max 1 and Nike still manages to pump out fresh looking colorways! This one doesn’t have a release date yet but as soon as it’s online at 43einhalb, well inform you! Read more here! 

Asics Gel-Diablo OG (HY7H1-0190): the Gel-Diablo is one of Asics’ most iconic early ’90s running shoes and we’re glad they made this solid retro – that’s why we wrote about it. Afew Store has them in the “coming soon” section, listed for August 12th, 00:00!

adidas Originals Haven (BY9718): between all the futuristic releases with Boost, Primeknit and all the other modern footwear technology, adidas Originals managed to introduce the Haven. The Haven is a classic retro running silhouette and sold well so far. All-Black and All-White will follow as the latest colorways at Asphaltgold and other retailers soon!

New Balance 574S: 8 colorways and material-mixes of the brand-new New Balance silhouette will be available throughout August. Read more here!  

Wood Wood x adidas Gazelle: what a clean collab! Inspired by the famous Copenhagen quarter, the „Nørrebro“ will be released via Wood Wood on August 10 – an online release will follow! Find out more here!
