
Throwback: adidas Originals collectors project – Robert Brooksy
It’s Throwback Thursday – do you know what that means? We want to show you a classic sneaker-related video, a blast from the past today. We chose a video from the adidas Originals “Collectors Project” back in 2013, where several sneaker collectors from all around the world were introduced by adidas and had the chance to work on their very own colorway of a classic adidas silhouette. Next to collectors such as Berlin’s Sneakerqueen, Robert Brooksy from London, UK, was amongst the chosen. He was an adidas collector for the past 20 years and chose the classic ZX 550 runner silhouette to work on (only 50 pairs were made). His collection contains mainly vintage adidas trainers, many of them very rare and hard to find nowadays!
