And now for something completely new: Reebok Classic will drop its first knitted runner silhouette on March 2. Called the Zoku Runner – with Zoku meaning “to be continued, or to be part of a tribe” in Japanese – the new shoe features brand-new Ultraknit construction for a sock-like fit in the upper.
The New Zoku Runner will release in men’s and women’s versions in a total of seven colorways, all pictured below: Black, Coal, Light Solid Grey, Collegiate Royal, Power Red, Fire Coral, and Flat Grey.
Supporting the lightweight knit upper – it is crafted with digital knitting – the shoe features a molded TPU cage in a crosscheck pattern, inspired by Reebok’s classic Vector logo. The slightly wedge-shaped sole is injected with DMXFoam for lightweight cushioning.
Watch out for the release in March 2 on the Reebok website and at select retailers including 43einhalb, afew, asphaltgold, Overkill, The Good Will Out, Solebox, Animal Tracks and Titolo with a €129.95 price tag
