Puma and LA-based brand STAMPD continue their collaboration for what marks the fourth joint collection: Out now for purchase online at STAMPD, the Puma x STAMPD Spring 2017 Collection revolves around technical sports apparel, complemented by popular Puma shoes with carefully chosen design updates.
STAMPD founder and Creative Director Chris Stamp put his own take on several Puma sneakers: The collection introduces the Puma x STAMPD Clyde in an airy mesh-style finish – the upper consists of perforated leather – in colorways such as Cameo Brown and Black.
The release also features the technical Puma x STAMPD Limitless Knit, including a striking black-and-white materialization. Meanwhile, the Puma x STAMPD Trinomic Woven is rendered in white Cameo Brown on a rubber outsole. All models feature tonal lacing and subtle STAMPD co-branding on the insoles, tongues and pull tabs.
Executed in a matching color palette, the apparel offering showcases functional, athletic pieces with a technical edge according to STAMPD’s philosophy “Made to Make It.” Pieces include technical base layers such as long sleeves and poly-elastic tees in black and white, as well as shell jackets and futuristic one-piece overalls to complete the picture.
The first drop of the Puma x STAMPD Spring 2017 Collection is now available exclusively online at STAMPD and will premiere officially at an event at the STAMPD Flagship Store in Los Angeles on January 20, followed by release at select retailers. A second drop – featuring more outerwear and footwear – has already been announced for April 28.
