Over the years, the Nike Hyperdunk won a solid following among serious basketball players with its cushioning, ultra-high silhouette and performance-oriented design. Now the Swoosh is re-imagining the kicks, originally released in 2008, as a lifestyle edition with the Nike Hyperdunk Low Craft.
The significantly lowered upper is crafted from suede and “extended” with a neoprene collar for a sock-like entry. The result is a form-fitting, yet rugged silhouette with the heel tab and sole of the original Hyperdunk. For anyone looking for a cool high-top that’s not as bulky as a boot, but also not as delicate as anything with knit, this is a good wardrobe staple.
Out now, the Nike Hyperdunk Low Craft is available in two colorways: Olive and Team Red. The good folks at Titolo shared a few on-feet photos of these fire high-tops.
