Ever since first appearing at UK retailer size?, the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Chicago” had sneakerheads going crazy. Unfortunately, the shoe sold out in no time – so hopes for a wider release are still high. As more and more local Swoosh sites release this coveted Dunk, an official launch could be near.
The latest Nike web store to announce the shoe is the one for Malaysia, where August 28 is the current release date. Thankfully, the site also gives us a closer look at the “Chicago” Dunk Low Pro via official images. The ever popular skate shoe comes with a full leather upper, its characteristic oval laces and a Nike SB tongue label. What makes this particular shoe so desired among sneaker afficionados of course is the “Chicago” colorway. Made famous by Michael Jordan on his first signature model, the combination of Varsity Red, White and Black now appears on one of Nike’s most popular silhouettes at the moment.
DID YOU KNOW?
The Dunk Low bears many similarities to the design of the Air Jordan 1 Low. However, one of the key differences between both shoes is that the Dunk Low not only features a padded tongue and collar, but also a Zoom Air cushioning unit.
