When Nike is dropping jewels, your best reaction is to pay slose attention – especially when it’s a new colorway on the Air Max 1 Jewel that’s as clean as this one right here. First introduced in 1997 on the Air Force 1 Low, the special make up of Nike’s world famous logo was soon applied to other Nike models and the Air Max 1 versions never fail to impress.
Named ‘Atomic Teal’, this silhouette’s suede upper features a subtle off-white upper spiced up by this crisp deep cyan mudguard. The same emerald tone twinkels on the Jewel Swoosh embedded in the sidewalls. Keeping it classic downwards from there, the bottom section consists of a white midsole and black outsole. All in all, the ‘Atomic Teal’ AM1 Jewel turns out to be yet another on point iteration of Tinker Hatfield’s ever popular silhouette.
