“During the latest installment of Sneakerness Warsaw event, New Balance Poland teamed up with Suede&Mesh and opened the “New Balance Museum” – exhibition that showcased their most iconic models from the last 50 years. For the very first time polish fans had the opportunity to get educated about brand history and heritage in that way. Thanks to Europe’s finest vintage New Balance collectors, Mike Sekinger and Tiago Escada Ramos, this experience have become thrilling not just for the NB aficionados. There was a chance to see one of the first shoes dated back to the 1960’s, few of those without the infamous “N” logo on the side panels or even never officially released special make ups produced for the NB affiliated running clubs or runners. European collectors’ grails from Flimby factory such as first versions of renowned M1500 or Trailbuster models were also on display.
Alongside the vintage pairs, fans had a chance to preview the styles from ‘Made in UK’ and ‘Made in USA’ current collections and get familiar with shoe producing process based on the UK M577 released to celebrate its 25th anniversary.”
This vintage exhibition of rare New Balance shoes from the last 50 years was prepared by suedeandmesh crew for New Balance Poland during the Sneakerness Warsaw event 27th-28th of september.
