Kwills x KangaROOS present “The Flying Dutchman”
Some skill sets were born to come together: Dutch illustrator Kwills is known for his amazing drawing skills and KangaROOS has a history of manufacturing high quality sneakers in Pirmasens, Germany. Now the two have teamed up for a sneaker collab on a hybrid model, namely the Coil R2 upper and the Runaway 002 sole – and as you’d expect, this one’s Made in Germany. The collab is dubbed “Flying Dutchman” as it’s inspired by the colors of the business class of Durch airline KLM. A mix of premium materials such as suede, perforated suede, pigskin leather lining and tumbled leather was used on the upper which is kept in shades of blue. White and red details were added to create a striking contrast and a red „mini ROOS“ was added to finish off the eye-catching collab. The official KWILLS x KangaROOS logo can be found on both the tongue and the insole. It does look like KangaROOS is ready for take off!

Release Details – Kwills x KangaROOS “The Flying Dutchman”
The Kwills x KangaROOS “The Flying Dutchman” collab will hit retail on October 28, 2017. The shoes come in a custom graphic box together with a hangtag, extra set of blue laces, limited edition A4-print, an official Heimplanet x Kwills kitbag and a mixtape by RawEndz.
They will be available at Kwills’ webshop and stores like Afew, Overkill, 43einhalb, TGWO or asphaltgold.
