Ronnie Fieg’s label KITH is joining forces with adidas to bring style and attitude to a new soccer collection. Next to apparel pieces such as soccer jerseys, warm-up tops, and shorts with carefully appointed accents, the upcoming KITH x adidas “Cobra” collection also comprises some never-seen-before footwear pieces that will drop on June 2.
The Cobras, by the way, are a soccer team from New York City competing in the Bowery Premier League. Their signature color palette of black, white, red, and yellow features prominently across the collection, next to snake skin accents and the Cobra logo.
Kicking things off in the footwear department, KITH is outfitting the Cobras in the Copa Mundial 17 Cleat, the Copa Mundial Turf Trainer, and the Copa Mundial 17 UltraBOOST.
What’s special is that both the Copa Mundial Turf Trainer and the Copa Mundial 17 UltraBOOST are brand-new models premiered in this collection.
The yellow KITH x adidas Copa Mundial Turf Trainer features a lightweight kangaroo leather upper with a debossed snakeskin pattern and a performance-built UtraBOOST midsole.
Rendered in shiny white, the Copa Mundial 17 UltraBOOST has a snakeskin-embossed white leather upper with a pearlized finish for a unique glossy look. The clean-looking upper is attached to an all white UltraBOOST midsole and continental rubber outsole.
And if you’re serious about your soccer game, the Copa Mundial 17 cleat raises the bar in ball control and performance, featuring a black snakeskin-embossed kangaroo leather upper atop a metallic rose gold (!) foot plate.
The KITH x adidas “Cobra” collection will drops tomorrow, June 2, at all Kith shops and Kith.com.
