Check out the JUICE x adidas Consortium NMD Racer
With new colorways coming in almost by the day, the adidas Prophere seems to be what the Three Stripes brand is pushing heavy this year – but that surely doesn’t mean that other lines like the NMD are put to rest now. With the introduction of its latest model update, adidas now unveils the very first collaboration on its new NMD Racer silhouette.
Continueing a longstanding partnership, the German sportswear giant taps Hong Kong-based JUICE for a dose of the store’s distinctive design language. Decked out in the eyecatching Alienegra motif that was created by Japanese artist Madsaki and famously used on several CLOT apparel pieces, the NMD Racer features a sock-like Primeknit upper with a black base and white accents. Same goes for the sole unit, as the BOOST material is blacked out to be contrasted with white and grey midsole plugs. The shoe then picks up the NMD Racer’s performance inspirations by using spikes on the translucent frontal part of the outsole. Textured rope laces and co-branded sockliners round off the powerful dynamic design that perfectly reflects the energetic cityscapes of Hong Kong.
