Es handelt sich um den ursprünglich 1992 releasten Ewing Athletics Concept, der optisch ein echtes Kind der 90er Jahre ist. Das Panelling und der Sohlenaufbau sind der Hammer – extrem vielschichtig, verwoben, fast umständlich, aber gerade das ist es ja, was man an solchen Schuhen liebt. Es werden wohl zunächst ein Concept in Black/ White und ein Concept “PE” kommen, der in den traditionellen Farben der New York Knicks kommen wird, also in White/ Blue-Orange.

Wann exakt diese mächtigen Sneaker in die Stores kommen, ist noch nicht bekannt gegeben worden. Wenn man sich aber auf der Facebook-Seite von Ewing Athletics umschaut kann man lesen, dass ein Release schon in naher Zukunft stattfinden soll. Kann bedeuten, dass es sich bei diesen beiden Schuhen um die kommenden Mai-Releases handelt.
