While the Air Max2 Light returned as a retro release in 2019, Nike also prepared some high-profile collabs on the silhouette. During 2018’s ComplexCon, we got a first glimpse of the upcoming atmos x Nike Air Max2 Light.
Decked out with vibrant patchwork patterns, the distinct design pays homage to vintage Nike apparel from the 90s. While the shoes appear to feature mismatched uppers and laces, each one sits on a white midsole with purple and light blue accents on the outsole.
A red Air bubble then adds finishing touches to the sneaker. Matching patchwork apparel including a track jacket, track pants, a long sleeve and a short sleeve tee as well as a cap rounds out the atmos collab collection.
