adidas Originals “Heritage Reborn” Part 4
„Heritage Reborn“ – das steht bei adidas Originals für eine Kollektion, die aus der reichhaltigen Sportswear Tradition der drei Streifen schöpft, gleichzeitig mit modernen Performance-Entwicklungen und neuen Materialien experimentiert, ohne jedoch die DNA der Entwicklung aus den Augen zu verlieren.
In der nächsten Woche wird der vierte Drop der Kollektion gefeiert und birgt ein ganz besonderes Debut. Im Sneakerbereich kennen wir Primeknit bereits seit einiger Zeit – atmungsaktiv und flexibel, wie kaum ein anderes Material, steht es für höchste Funktionalität und perfekte Passform. Auf der “Jacket PK” kommt das digital gewebte Primeknit nun zum ersten Mal auch im Apparel-Bereich zum Einsatz – klingt absolut vielversprechend!
Die schlichte Jacke kommt ohne Nähte aus, besitzt metallene Reißverschlüsse und eine Kapuze mit Tunnelzug, dazu ein eher unauffälliges Branding der drei Streifen. Der Look wirkt schlicht, aber dennoch markant.
Neben der “Jacket PK”, die aufgrund der technischen Neuerung wohl als Herzstück der Kollektion bezeichnet werden kann, bringt der vierte adidas “Heritage Reborn” Drop eine Trackpant, ebenfalls aus Primeknit, ausserdem den EQT 1/3 und 3/3 in zwei verschiedenen Colorways mit sich.

„Heritage Reborn“ – that is adidas’ way of using it’s rich heritage when it comes to sportswear and combining it with modern and functional performance technology. The fourth drop is coming very soon and features a special debut. Already known as a material in footwear adidas used their digitally knitted Primeknit material for manufacturing apparel for the first time as part of this collection.
The PK Jacket is made from primeknit and represents the heart of the fourth drop. Highly breathable, comfortable and ensuring a perfect fit, primeknit is the perfect material to use for producing performance clothing. The jacket has no seams, features concealed metallic zippers, a drawstring hood and subtle 3-stripe branding – what a clean look!
This jacket is the perfect example of how great adidas combines it’s past with technologies of the future to create modern classics!
Beside the jacket adidas Originals also releases a trackpant made of primeknit and another two colorways of their latest EQT 1/3 and 3/3 silhouettes – it’s crazy how they introduced three wholy new silhouettes with classic influences over the last weeks and few months!
