Even though the BOOST technology was first introduced only a little more than 5 years ago, it surely can take quite a few racks to cultivate a serious collection that contains all the greatest models that use the comfy cushioning. But on November 30, 2017, adidas gave one customer the chance to cop the adidas BOOST Collection containing 40 different sneakers – for the bargain price of only $7,000 USD.
Granted, that’s still a ton of money to spend on sneakers at once, but considerung the resell value for some of the models – UltraBOOST 4.0s, NMD_R1s and Pharrell’s Hu NMDs among others – the offer actually is quite a steal. Apparantly somebody did the math really quick, as the adidas BOOST Collection on adidas.com sold out within 5 minutes. There’s no word yet on who the buyer is, but somebody definitely owns a nice couple of BOOST sneakers now.
Take a look at all the shoes that were in the collection below. Would you have dropped 7k to own all of them?
