Kith Introduces the adidas Terrex EEA Collection
As winter finally bids farewell, it’s now time to get up off your couch and reconnect with nature. To prepare you for future outdoor ventures, Ronnie Fieg teamed up with adidas for the Kith x adidas Terrex EEA Collection.
EEA is short for Element, Exploration, and Agency. The new Kith umbrella aims to provide functional gear for different sorts of outdoor activities – all revised with Fieg’s unmistakable design language of course.
The first model to receive the Kith treatment is the adidas Terrex Jawpaw Slip-On. Equipped with a neoprene textile upper and climacool technology, the shoe represent the “Element” sector. A Stealth rubber sole utilizes with unique drainage system keep your feet dry and round off the water-themed approach. The Jawpaw Slip-On uses a white base with teal and orange accents, as well as asymmetrical Kith and EEA branding.
Catering to the Exploration branch next, Kith chose the Agravic as an advanced trail running performance sneaker. With an abrasion-resistant seam-sealed upper and a Continental outsole, the shoe is built to resist. But comfort doesn’t come up short, since a blacked out BOOST unit provides a comfy ride. The Agravic stands out thanks to a vibrant color mix of yellow, light blue, orange and green, while Kith, EEA and Terrex branding grace the upper.
Finally, the EEA’s Agency division is represented by the Response TR Boost. Designed for scaling mountains and roaming treacherous grounds, Kith utiziles a durable nubuck upper on this style. The neoprene sock, ventilated mesh panels and BOOST-injected midsole elevate wearing comfort, while a Continental lug outsole offers superior grip. Dyed in pastel rose and black colors, details like the matching hiking laces put finishing touches on the Response TR Boost.
